Positive Affirmations

I can't tell you how important I believe practicing positive affirmations is!

We are so lucky to have little people in our lives, and just think how incredible it is that we can mould and guide them into their futures knowing we have sprinkled as much positivity over them as possible? 

If certain phrases are said and repeated enough, our children begin the believe them, so why not make every one of them positive! 

Here are some of my favourite affirmations for your children (or yourselves!) to repeat daily:

  • Everything will be okay 
  • I am kind 
  • I am brave
  • I am strong
  • I am beautiful
  • I feel good today
  • I look good today
  • I feel happy to wake up every morning
  • I always try my best 
  • I have lots to be proud of
  • I am loved 
  • I am open minded 
  • I am a good friend
  • I can say nice things 
  • I can forgive people 
  • What I do matters
  • I am patient with myself 
  • I can slow down and breathe 
  • It's ok to feel sad sometimes
  • I am enough, just as I am
